300lbs... goal is to lose half?
Basically I'm 300 lbs and my overall goal is to lose half, so 150. I'm 5'10 btw. I need as much motivation as possible and possibly tips from people have have huge weight loss goals and have been successful.

Spaghetti & MEATBALLS !!
Guys, my grandmother made spaghetti and I'm trying sooo hard not to eat any!! I just started back up trying to eat better and work out... What should I do? Will a little kill me? Or should I stay strong and get a damn salad?
The struggle!!! lol
It's so hard trying to stay healthy when the people around you are eating ice cream and cheese burgers. Really had to dig deep for the strength to stick to my baked chicken breast.
Is it bad to have so many calories left for the day?
Basically I tend to have about 900cals left for the day.... Should I eat more or?
Feeling like I'll never lose this weight :/
I'm current 300lbs and I'm all together trying to lose 150, but I'll start with 50 for now. I've been exercising everyday for about two months. Results aren't going the way I like. I need motivation. Tips? Anything :(
