Need some help please. Eating my greens in smoothie form?
I could use some help please. I am trying the high fat low carb diet. I'm not good with eating veggies. I like broccoli, collard greens. My question is can I eat my green veggies like kale and other veggies in smoothie form? I know I'm not supposed to eat alot of fruit so I dont know how this will work. Please help.

I am going to try this high fat low carb thing. I need help please. I don't eat sweets alot. I love banana nut oatmeal. I am severly allergic to coconut! ! I travel constantly but usually have a microwave and small mini fridge. Im thinking about purchasing a slow cooker and a single burner.

Hi I'm Angel. This is my third time on here trying to lose weight. I always manage to lose like 20 or so pounds then stop. One of my biggest challenges is that I travel with my husband for work. So most of my time is spent in a hotel room unless we are moving jobs. I also LOVE sweet tea. Need some help please!

Protein and weight loss
I read that during weight loss a person needs to double their protein intake. For me that means 180 grams per day. Has anyone else heard of this?
