Can't figure out how to record strength training
Can someone help me. I can figure out how to record my work outs, what little I do. I lay on the floor (I am working solely on my belly) and raise my feet up and down slowly. What would that be called on here? Thank... And why doesn't it count ?

I can't to too much lifting of weights or do hard of things because I have fibromyalgia but I walk for 45 brisk walk every morning super early. I do a few machines at the gym but am wondering if I should be doing more......Patti

Stayed the same weight for a whole month
This is getting old. I have stayed the exact same weight for this whole month. I feel like giving up... I weight 167 in April. Have lost 24 lbs. but now can't loose anymore. Am stuck at 143 and would like to go to 135 but can't seem to move. What on earth !!!!!!
