4 Month suggestion
Hi all! So I am stoked to be about 25lbs down (started at 187 in Feb and I am 5'4" 31 yrs old)! I have done 30day shred beginner and am just finishing up the original 30day shred. Favorite fats?
I've noticed my fat intake is pretty low. What are some of your favorite fats? I am planning on getting some avocado in my diet. Occasionally I add olive oil to salad. Most of what I eat just happens to be low-ish fat.
