Same weight body transformations?

Hi all! I recently started lifting and although I have about 30ish lbs more to lose I would love some inspiration of people who recomped or lost a small amount on the scale but made body transformations due to lifting?

I know the scale is only one small measurement of progress. Trying to keep myself motivated. I know I could lose fairly fast and consistently by just do my cardio but I love that fit and strong look!
