I have done: 30day shred beginner 30day shred Ripped in 30 And currently doing extreme shed n shred. I like this one the best but it's different than her other ones. 30day shred is a great one to start with.

Hi all! I just did lvl 2 day 8 today. I am also consistently losing 1.5-2lbs a week. I do shred daily and walk a few miles most days. Excited to see all your progress!

I love 30DS I am on lvl 2 day 6 and before that did the beginner one. I am definitely stronger (can do actual push-ups now) and I just increase the hand weights for added difficulty. My shoulders and back have better definition now for sure. I also walk/jog/hike 5-6 days a week for about 3-5 miles. With warm up and cool…

When I eat higher protein (around 35-40% at least) I tend to feel fuller longer and that helps me stay on track. I am also trying to maintain as much muscle as possible so it's important to me to get a good amount of protein in.

Agree your thighs look smaller and your mid section and arms look more defined. You look awesome! I just finished 30day shred beginner and just started lvl 2 of the original 30day. Did you take measurements? Did you feel like you were pushing yourself the whole workout?

I love it! I did it a few years ago and it really kicked off my weight loss. I just finished beginner shred and about to start the original 30day again. Then I'll do ripped in 30. Love it. Kicks my butt.

Hi all! New to this thread. I am 5'4 (barely) SW: 187 (Feb 6th 2017) CW: 174.6 GW: 135 (but flexible depending on sizing and how I feel) I weigh every day and use trend weight but my official WI day (for my online blog) is Mondays.

When did you get stuck? That's a great loss for 6 weeks. 800 cal is far too low. If you want to go keto go for it but you need to eat more.

Yes just finished beginner shred and down 14lbs in 45 days. On to the original 30day and ripped in 30 after that. I walk/hike a bit too
