Weight loss vs fat loss
So i noticed i lose wieght at a normal rate but my body fat % is refusing to move. Not sure what is going on here but i must be losing water only?? Since my muscle mass is still there. Or maybe using a scale to measure body fat % is not the way to go about it? Not sure

Water weight
How exactly are you guys managing water weight? And how are you guys getting back to normal if you notice your weight went up from the water retention?

After cardio burn
Anytime i do cardio i get this really uncomfortably burning feeling in my stomach after I'm done. Likes my stomach is on fire or something. Anyone get that? Probably a stupid question but I'm just now starting this whole health and fitness thing and I'm learning as i go

Weight fluctuations
Lost 4 lbs over 30 days but gained 2 lbs back in 7 days??? Not sure if that happens or the scale is wrong. Staying at a caloric deficit every day and eating healthy with resistance training and cardio.
