Lost 4 lbs over 30 days but gained 2 lbs back in 7 days??? Not sure if that happens or the scale is wrong. Staying at a caloric deficit every day and eating healthy with resistance training and cardio.

Yep fluctuations happen due to water, waste and food in your body.
IF you are accurately logging your food and are in a deficit you will lose weight. Just not in a straight line down nor in the time frame we want:(2 -
Weight fluctuates depending on what you have eaten recently (high sodium foods can cause water retention), new or increased exercise (again, fluid retention), or even your, uh, bathroom schedule. If you weigh yourself frequently, keep track of the trend and as long as the trend is generally in a downward direction, don't worry about it. 2 pounds is nothing...I fluctuate that much from morning to evening. Give it more time and don't stress.0

Here I go sharing again...
This is normal weight loss. Up,down,up,down but with an overall, slow downward trend. You're doing great; Keep on keeping on.3
