Food entries keep disappearing
Every time I enter a food item, and hit the check mark, the entry that I did before it dissappears. It just started this afternoon. Anyone else having a problem with disappearing food entries today?

Are macros really that important?
So, I am chugging along at 1200 calories, but I hate meat. I just hate it, and I am done with it. Honestly, I eat whatever appeals to me up to 1200 calories. I take a doc prescribed multivitamin, so shouldn't that take care of missing nutrients? Other than protein, I am thinking that I should be good to go.

Inner thigh exercises?
Does anyone know what weight lifting exercise I can do for my inner thigh muscles? The squat is quads, and the lunge is hamstrings, but do one of them target the smaller inner thigh muscles better than the other?
