Hi all, What have you guys found to be the most accurate heart rate monitors for high-intensity cardio workouts? I'd like to try to be accurate with my burned calories. I tend to use the elliptical on a very high resistance. Thank you!

Need to cut back on protein! Help!

What am I REALLY burning
Hi everyone, I purchased a nordictrack elliptical and I'm trying to figure out what I'm burning. I'm not able to program my stats. I'm a 33 yo female, 5'2/3", 102 pounds so I'm quite petite. Here's a pic of the screen when I'm done with the workout. Any idea what my actual burn is? My HRM says 500 cals. Thank you!!!

Weighing in after workout
Hi everyone, I usually weigh myself after a morning workout, once a week. I just read that this is not the best time to weigh in because the muscles retain water after they've been strained. Thoughts on this? Should I weigh in the day AFTER a rest day?
