Add me :). I've been a vegetarian for my whole life! I was raised in a vegetarian / organic food household. I'm very active!!!

He broke the vows, not you. Since when do the vows say that you can't gain weight?? It's not, "I'll vow to love you in sickness and health, as long as you are thin." He is wrong here.
-
You're bingeing because you're in a binge/ restrict cycle. Your binges are a RESULT of depriving yourself. It's a hard habit to break out of, but you have to cut your losses and try to work on gentle nutrition, not starving yourself on some days (484 calories) to makeup for bingeing on other days.

I'm 5'2" / 5'3" ish, current weight 103 lbs.... goal weight is an even 100 lbs. I had a baby last year so it's not easy for me

Combat crunch by far! I love the chocolate cake flavor. Also No Cow bars! A lot of plant based protein and fiber there.

It's mustard from my wrap.

You're brave, and you're strong. You'll get through it! Your body will regulate itself (it's pretty amazing like that!), and you'll feel better, physically and emotionally. That was yesterday, this is today, and tomorrow is a new day altogether. Onwards and upwards.
-
Exactly. I'm 5'2" and 102 pounds and I've always had a thigh gap. Why should I be shamed for this? It's a body part like any other.
-
I'm 5'2" and 102 pounds. I maintain this weight at about 2200 calories a day.

Your body was tired this morning, but you still did your 30 minutes of cardio! Don't beat yourself up. And as for sitting on the couch, we all need a break, even when we get a full night's sleep. Your charted weight is going down, you just had a rough few days. The point is, you need to step back and see the big picture…

1200 calories a day is really low for a breastfeeding woman, so be careful. It really isn't advised to go below 1800, as this can compromise lactation. I never go below 2,000, personally, because I notice a dip in lactation if I do. My daughter is eight months old.
-
I'm exclusively breastfeeding an eight month old. A lot of studies show that breastfeeding women burn an additional 500 calories a day by nursing. It's approx. 20 calories burned per ounce. I set my base calories at 2,000 a day, and then add exercise.
-
The best way to track what you're burning is to wear a heart rate monitor. That's what works best for me. Then I plug the numbers into a heart rate calculator for additional assurance. Not sure about eating back the calories though!

I'm 33, and had a baby girl this year :) I weight 102 pounds at 5'2" /3". I'm on here to clean up my postpartum eating habits!

Cook with healthy oils so that you are getting calories / fats without feeling over-stuffed. Add nut butters, avocado, etc. You simply have to eat more. It's really just math.
-
Why do you ignore the hunger when you feel it? Is part of you afraid to gain weight?
-
I put my starting weight as the weight I was one week AFTER I delivered. Maybe that's because I didn't weigh myself at the hospital right after I gave birth. So, one week after I delivered I was 107 pounds and that's my starting weight.

Sweet potato and kale soup with carrots, celery, corn and beans! Just throw that together with some low sodium stock and simmer away!
-
I'm 5'2" / 3" and I weigh 102 pounds. I eat over 2,000 calories a day. This is proof that you don't have to starve yourself!

La Tortilla Factory Olive Oil Wrap (90 cals) 60 grams of avocado (100 cals) 1/4 cup of low fat / whipped cottage cheese (50 cals) steamed veggies / tomatoes (50 cals) Throw all of it together in the wrap. Delicious!

This was 38 weeks pregnant....and now......

I add mine under cardio. It seems to be the best My Fitness Pal can do. They should give us better options!
-
I don't think the scale number is as important as how your clothes fit or how many inches you've lost! The number can fluctuate so much, hour to hour and day to day!
-
I'm between 5'2" and 5'3" and eat 2,300 a day. I weigh 102 pounds.

If you're not a fan of veggies you can always puree them and add them to soup! Try pureeing some cooked beans and tomatoes... it gives soup a really creamy texture and a lot of flavor. Also, if you blend them you can make a delicious dip that's great on sandwiches, and in wraps and pitas :)

I think we all experience this frustration. I know I do. I was "good" on Saturday but fell off the deep end on Sunday evening. That was when I stopped logging. It's my form of denial. Corn mazes are good!
-
My daughter will be eight months old next week! Feel free to add me :)

I'm on the shorter side of this height criteria (barely 5' 3"). I get 2,200 a day... But I am also breastfeeding so I need more calories, and I'm very active (get a lot of exercise).
-
When I was on maternity leave I averaged 30,000 steps a day (about 14 miles). Now that I'm back at work I get about 20,000 steps. I also do the elliptical machine, but my tracker doesn't count that as steps.

What are lactation cookies? I am also nursing, my daughter is almost 3 months. My calorie goal is 1590 a day. I try (key word) to stay 100-200 calories under that a day and do not eat back my exercise calories and so far haven't noticed a problem. But, I really listen to my body. If I need a snack, I eat it. If I need a…
