MFP not giving back exercise cals
I use my jawbone to log my walks/runs and after a workout I always go back and program the length and intensity of the workout to match the number of calories the treadmill says I've burned. After I do that, I check MFP and it doesn't give them all back to me. For example, if I burned 200 cals, it only gives me 145 or so.…

Pho?
Anyone know approx how many cals for a medium sized bowl? I read that it's relatively low in cals but that seems like it can't be right because it's so filling

1200 cals, sedentary, boo
Hey everyone. I just started one week ago with my settings as active but realized about a day ago that I'm probably considered sedentary since I work a desk job, so my cals have been cut to 1200. I want to lose about 17 lbs before my wedding in October. Does anyone want a friend? Please add me! :)
