i ate my calorie limit, but in mostly candy since yesterday was halloween. will this negatively effect me?

are carbs really that terrible?
i ate 72 percent of my 988 calories today in carbohydrates. im not hungry. i don't feel groggy or weighed down. The carbs were spent spent on oatmeal, veggie straws, and fruit. everyone hates carbs, but will i really gain weight if I eat a high percentage of them, like this?

1200 cals?
Im fairly new to weight loss, and I've tried several bmr calculators but they all say something different. Some say 900, some say 1600, so i don't know what to do. im 5'4 and i weigh 120 pounds. how many calories should i be eating to maintain, do you think? to lose?

If it fits in your calories, eat it?
I aim for about 1200 calories a day. If I eat 1000 healthily, will a 180 Cal hostess cupcake completely ruin the day? What if that happens everyday?

Breaking a 24 hour fast?
hi! ill be doing a short fast for the first time tomorrow and I'm wondering how, after doing a water fast for 24 hours, you should ease back into normal eating.

Plain bagels?
so i eat a plain bagel for breakfast along with some sausage every morning and it only ever adds up to 350 calories which seems pretty great! But everyone, except for a couple of forums, say bagels are absolutely terrible. If a bagel fits into my calorie allowance, will i still "certainly gain weight"?
