my mom took me out to a Chinese restaurant with no official calories online. How many calories does this look like?
-3.5 cups of egg drop soup
-2 pieces of sweet and sour chicken
-a fried buscuit
-like 9 sushi rolls. im not sure what they were, but I made sure not to get kinds with lots of sauces. they were either fish/rice or fish/rice/seaweed/avocado? I'd say they were a standard size
-a small watermelon wedge
im hungry again like 2 hours later, so I'm not sure what to do.

Egg drop soup and sushi should be pretty easy to track; so should the watermelon. The sweet and sour chicken should be relatively easy -- if "two pieces" means "two one plus inch chunks" -- that's probably 2 ounces. You might also see it measured by cups. The "fried biscuit" -- no idea what that is. But if you're hungry again I'm not sure it was all that much food really. Egg drop soup and watermelon are mostly water after all.

my mom took me out to a Chinese restaurant with no official calories online. How many calories does this look like?
-3.5 cups of egg drop soup About 250 kcals
-2 pieces of sweet and sour chicken Apprx 75 calories (depending on the size of the chicken)
-a fried buscuit About 180 calories
-like 9 sushi rolls. im not sure what they were, but I made sure not to get kinds with lots of sauces. they were either fish/rice or fish/rice/seaweed/avocado? I'd say they were a standard size About 330 calories (I assumed a california roll)
-a small watermelon wedge About 60 calories. 1/16th of a melon is about 90 calories
im hungry again like 2 hours later, so I'm not sure what to do.

It's about 890-900 calories. The results I got are bolded.

Seems like this meal is mostly composed by carbs (don't get me wrong. I love carbs!) and they won't stay in the stomach for long. Animal proteins usually require longer digestion time in the stomach (0.5-4 hours; white meat is generally digested faster than red meat). Sweet and sour chicken are mostly thick starch, little amount of chicken, and lots of oil and sugar from deep frying and the sauce. It might not contribute to a good portion of protein if you don't want your stomach to be emptied that fast...

Probably over 1000 calories, I would say.

No way to really figure that out. It's quite a of calories. Okay, move on. Drink some water because you loaded up on the salt with that meal. Hope it was good!
