    You might puke

You haven't had anything of nutritional value

But a calorie is a calorie
  • If it doesn't become a habit it will not affect your weight. You have to treat yourself from time to time.

You may not feel good today since you most likely missed protein and micros. If you logged honestly any weight gain will probably be water weight.

Yes. While nutrient value matters with food, the energy from a calorie is consistent.

As long as that's not a recurring pattern you'll be fine.

A calorie is a calorie (mostly) from a purely weight loss point of view, but nutrition is important, too. If you ate that way daily, you'd eventually suffer from malnutrition from various deficiencies. But for a day, sure, it's not a problem although you might get a stomach ache or something.

Yes, a calorie is a calorie, but it's not something you want to do consistently. Your body will need nutrients.

As to weight loss, a calorie is a calorie.

Nutritionally wise, what you ate is not good. Candy is wonderful, just moderate it so you get your nutritional needs met.

    Moderation in all things.

Not good for you, but one day is just one day, just don't do it regularly.

For weight loss, it won't matter at all.

A calorie is a calorie for weight loss, so you'll be fine.

Nutrition is another matter, so if you made this a habit it would eventually affect your health.
