Is sodium important?
My recommended amount here on fitnesspal is 2300 mg of sodium, but I only get about 200 - 300... I have no idea where to get more (apart from eating salt :D ) and I don't know if I even should. What are the benefits and disadvantages?

What workout routine would you suggest?
I'm looking for a cardio workout routine, that doesn't burn muscle, just fat, so not too long and very high on intensity (HIIT). Preferably if there was a video to go along with it, or if not, please describe the exercises and how many sets, reps and rests I should do.
