What workout routine would you suggest?

I'm looking for a cardio workout routine, that doesn't burn muscle, just fat, so not too long and very high on intensity (HIIT). Preferably if there was a video to go along with it, or if not, please describe the exercises and how many sets, reps and rests I should do.

Keeping your deficit at a moderate level, eating enough protein, and doing strength training helps preserve lean muscle. It's not about picking a specific cardio routine.
