Found this awesome workout. How many cals do you think it burns?

It seems like it could be pretty intense and if you go really all out, it might burn a lot of fat.
I just don't know how many calories it could possibly burn. I weigh 172lbs/78kg so I was guessing maybe 200 calories + several hours of afterburn?

    Don't get carried away. It's 15 minutes. 150 calories, maybe, and don't count on no "several hours of afterburn"

    I think it's more like 150, maybe less. The warm up doesn't burn many and he's got rests and planks in there too.

    Side note, I get so sick of seeing women doing push ups and push up variations on their knees. On your toes people!
