I'm on day 2 of counting macros. I've already logged in my dinner and I have 46 protein and 91 carbs left for the day. I ran out of fats yesterday before dinner and ended up eating baked chicken and an apple. Stingy Fitbit
I just got a Fitbit last weekend and went for my first run today. It only gave me 135 calories for a 5k in 29 minutes. The app I used to use would have given me probably 300 calories. Why such little calorie credit? Anyone else experience this?

Calories given for steps
Do you think these are accurate? My iPhone tracks my steps, I had 14,000 today. I went on two long walks. I never eat my exercise calories, just curious if it's an accurate burn for others.

Crockpot chicken
Hi, If I cook chicken breasts in the crockpot With chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and chopped green chilies and then drain it and just eat the chicken- would that have added calories or would I just enter it as cooked chicken breast?

Calories in a margarita
I want to go out and have a margarita on the rocks no salt. How do I really estimate the calories? In the database it's 150-550 calories. ? What would make it so high?

Losing .5 per week
For those of you who set this as your weekly goal-- what has been your experience? Do you see the weight come off like .2 one day, then nothing, then .2, or does it come off in big chunks and then nothing for many days? I know weight loss is not linear, but it's just such a small deficit....
