You can add me! I’m back at it again as well, I have also had a tough couple of years of family issues and gained and lost the same 25 pounds a few times, now I’m here to lose it again. 5’3 155 lbs, 37 years old

I've been on a yo yo since 2013. Before that I was maintaining pretty effortlessly even though I always wanted to lose 5-10 more pounds but I was at a healthy weight. I got it in my head that I could stop "dieting" and still maintain. I went crazy with no restrictions. I put on weigh super fast. I think you have to…

Fast food is my biggest weakness! And yes, sometimes three times in one day. It's how I gained 20 lbs over the fall and winter. The motivation comes and goes, but when I am dedicated to my counting calories then I still allow myself a single cheeseburger, no fried, or a six inch from subway, or a grilled chicken sandwich…

If you're nursing then your body will hold on to some fat until the baby is weaned.

I'm 36, 5'3 and currently 146. Last spring I went from 146 to 128 in four months eating 1650 calories per day. I usually walked for an hour or ran for 30 minutes and also did 20-30 minutes of Tone it up workouts on YouTube. I gained it all back after a move and a rough winter :-/

Thrift stores depend on where you live- try goodwill in a bigger town and/or the nicer side of town. It's definitely important to have an outfit you feel great it at every size you are.

If you're using a blender I have a recipe that tastes like an orange Julius. 2 scoops EAS lean 15 vanilla cream protein powder, 12 ice cubes and 8 oz water, 1 banana, scoop of frozen OJ concentrate.

I don't use on demand, but I love Insanity and have done it four times over the past 5 years. I've also done T25. I think a big part of the motivation for me was actually x-ing the days off the workout calendar. You can print them online, just type it into google images and you'll find a bunch.

My husband is 35 and did some physical therapy for his back this fall and he's now an inch taller. He's in the military so he gets measured all the time.

Losing 7 pounds in 5 weeks is totally doable- especially since you have 80 that you want to lose anyways. If your diet is spot on then you might lose way more than 7. Pure Cardio is great for weight loss since it's just cardio with some body weight resistance. You can do this!

Mine disappears completely when I'm under 130 lbs. (5'3.)

Liquid NyQuil has 70 calories per serving! I was shocked.

I mostly do Tone It Up videos on YouTube.

I started 2/19/16 at 146 lbs. Still working and not done yet.

I do strength videos at home, and I started with 2 lb Dumbbells. After couple weeks I started using the 5 lbs on certain exercises. After about two months I can do whole workouts with the 5 lbs and now at 3 months of consistent exercise Im adding in 8 lb Dumbbells. You have to start somewhere. Great job on the loss! You…

Right now I'm loving 2% cottage cheese with a banana on top and two dashes of cinnamon. Yum.

If you're not doing any exercise right now, starting a walking routine will make a big difference. Walk 1-2 miles twice a day and that's a good start. There really are a lot of great workout videos on YouTube. I love the Tone it up girls. I went from 146 to 129 in three months, so you could lose close to 20 pounds by the…

I would use the about to expire one to make bars or energy bites.

Venti skinny iced caramel macchiato--- so good and doesn't taste skinny. I usually can't stand sugar free syrups. I think it's 170 calories.

When I was 17/18 I was 130 and 5'3 and I thought I was a whale. Now, looking back, I realize how twisted my view of myself was. That saying "beauty is wasted on the young"- so true. You have got to look in the mirror and appreciate what looks back at you. You are not fat. You are beautiful.

The whole wheat Tumaro's are really good and only 60 calories. I bought them a month ago and ran out and now I can't find them anywhere!

I'm 5'3 and started at 146. Currently at 130 and headed to 120. My diary is open.

me too, just started today. I also tried disconnecting and reconnecting and deleting the app and reinstalling. Nothing helped. I was hoping it's not just me or my zip and that fitbit will resolve it soon.

Great job limiting yourself! I also have a fast food addiction, but just making better choices and putting a limit on it really helps. I eat the grilled chicken sandwich from Chik fil a probably twice a week! When I have an itch for fast food, I tell myself "I can have that, but it won't help me reach my goals." Instead of…

I was losing about one pound per week with a calorie deficit plus running 3 days per week and exercise videos for strength training..... Then I decided to add walking every day - 10,000 purposeful exercise steps- and suddenly I was losing nearly two pounds per week. It made a big difference for me.
-
Thank you all, I went further into my dashboard and see where they split up the calorie burns - they estimate me at 10 calories per minute burned while running, and 7 while walking. It did give me more calories for the run, but didn't show in my adjustment until about 9 hours later.

Since it's not your first choice restaurant anyways, definitely save a cheat meal for a few weeks down the road and make sure it's something you really want. Good on you for wanting to make the best choice and stick to your goals. I would do maybe a grilled chicken salad with low fat dressing or a turkey sandwich no mayo.

You can work your core during all other exercises- just focus on tightening your stomach and maintaining good posture throughout the workout. I don't do a lot of "ab" work, but I've gotten noticeable definition just by doing hiit and other random exercise videos.
