Have you had a chance to glance at the stickied "must read" posts at the top of each forum section yet? This one in particular might help: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1161603/so-you-want-a-nice-stomach1

none. your body will "decide" where to pull the fat from when you exercise, and despite lots of BS promised by products, you cannot control where the fat will come from.0

You can tone muscles, but fat will come off wherever it decides to.0

Fork put downs and table pushaways.
You can't spot reduce with exercise, that's not how it works.2 -
Unfortunately, you can't spot reduce fat. Eat at a deficit, and start a lifting program.2

You're kidding right? In all 3 of my pictures I was on a high carb diet of at least 350g a day. And you can clearly see abs in all of my pictures.

Pilates will tone, but they won't make fat magically burn from one part of your body.
Low carb only matters if you have specific health conditions.0 -
You can work your core during all other exercises- just focus on tightening your stomach and maintaining good posture throughout the workout. I don't do a lot of "ab" work, but I've gotten noticeable definition just by doing hiit and other random exercise videos.0

What you ate (low carb) is not important. How much you ate is what got you there. It is important to point this out because not everyone has the discipline to maintain a low carb diet (and it is not necessary).1
