Cheated for 9 days .. gained 8 lbs now ! BACK TO KETO LIFE!
I am back to eating after 18 hours fasting and started today with a grilled chicken breast salad. I fell off of my keto life after moving! I lost 46lbs doing Keto since OCT 2017! don't want to gain it back.. I told myself today SELF CONTROL .. NO BAD CARBS!! Just got back to my office after a 20 fast walk!

I noticed when I don't eat a protein bar I lose more weight! I notice when I dropped coffee creamer out of my life I lost more weight too!

One meal a day and fasting for 20 hours
Is anyone else doing this? I have my coffee with stevia and half and half then drink water ( 64 oz a day) till I want a diet dr. pepper .. and wait for 2:40pm to come around so I can eat my snack.. then eat dinner around 4:30-5:30 pm ish. I have more energy and see my stomach shrinking!

What to put in my Coffee
I put a drop of Stevia in it and a tablespoon of International Delights French Vanilla that has 5 grams of Sugar! I want to get away from it, but need that taste ! Help!

Been trying for 5 years to lose this weight!
Does anyone else keep losing the same 15lbs to gain it back! That is my story ! I am trying my hardest to lose the weight and keep it off. :)
