I started day after Christmas and lost 7lbs now!

HI Everyone, I am down 52lbs now!! I did keto/low carb and a couple cheat days! I just started doing Elliptical 15 mins a day and power walking 25 mins or so a day during the week and took off weekends! SO proud I did this!

Had 6 piece of toast yesterday with strawberry jam, 1 toaster strudel, 4 fruit roll ups and 3 bites of Chinese noodles.. my goodness was a binge attack from Outer Space!!! wish it would've been Choc. Cake and Ice Cream!!

carb up one day have like over 100 carbs and then for the next 3 days no carbs or up to 30 carbs those days... works for me !!

oh boy I am scared losing about a pound a day in the last week started in Jan 2017 at 229 and then I fell off at 209..and went to 217 now I am 212 and have lost 5lbs in 7 days!

Jan 3rd weight 229 Goal weight 180 Current Weight 220 Weight -/+ this month: -9 lbs no flour or sugar or fruit! lots of water but stick around 48 oz and only one diet pop a day

Hi! I have the problem of trying to cut that same creamer out of my diet too.. 5 carbs in a tsp!! so my quick fix is half and half . It doesn't have the vanilla taste but its drinkable!

I got to bed around 10 pm .. I exercise and walk about 10,000 steps a day.. its just at 1000-1200 calories because.. My fitness pal is saying I need that now to lose weight.. I am 5'4 222lbs. no trouble sleeping I wake up around 1 am usually to go tinkle and sleep straight to 6am during the week.. this is the first weekend…
