    Successes/struggles this week: Successes this past week was meeting all my fitbit goals. I LOVE seeing them all turn green. I feel like that motivation has helped me greatly.
    I'm going out of town this weekend for my wedding dress fitting. (and then to ride snowmobile!)
    I always struggle when we travel. But the hotel we stay at has a fitness center so I'll for sure be hitting my exercise goals. My main focus will be on making smart food choices and getting enough water.

    Successes/struggles this week: not missed anything. Sticking to my calorie allowance. Cut out all eating in-between meals and drinking more water which is helping to fill me up. Also doing more exercise.

    Successes/struggles this week: Dealing with some digestive issues and havent used the bathroom for #2 in a week. Sorry to be gross. Assuming the gain is from that. Now on a medical liquid diet pending my appointment. We know it isnt gallstones again but there is a family history of colon cancer. Fingers crossed this is just from my increased protein without properly increasing my fiber too. My success is that I am continuing to get my work outs.

    Successes/struggles this week: Biggest struggle is trying to not be bored with eating the same food everyday. I feel like I need more variety. I mean, I like eggs, but dang, that's seriously a lot of eggs. I miss fruit.
    Also, still trying to not snack when I get home from work.
    On the other hand, I feel good. Less tired, less muddled.
    Oh, and I've started working out again. :smiley:

    Successes/struggles this week: I have been stuck in the 180's lb range for 10 weeks. Between holidays, anniversary, and birthdays, I was bombarded by temptation. And while I'm proud I slowly lost during the holidays or maintained within 2 lbs of my weight, I got frustrated by my lack of progress.

    This last weigh in I got under 180. This week I felt more dedicated and serious again. Like, okay holidays are over, back to no slacking. And it payed off. I hope the rest of the month goes as well!
