    90 pounds in a year! You did damn good! The point is, you found what works for you! I love seeing progress pics! I think it's amazing to see the transformation in people's faces. You look younger and you have a spark in your eyes.

    That's a huge amount to lose in one year, well done.

    Slower is better, gives your body time to adjust and level out as it goes, more likely to keep your healthy eating habits.

    Congratulations! You look amazing! Thank you for sharing. I have been struggling with motivation for the last year and have been so lazy but am feeling inspired by you. My height and weight is the exact same as your starting weight. I have been contemplating a membership at PF and am going to sign up tomorrow :)
