10k steps without even trying?
It's my day off work. I went out of the house to get car fixed and go shopping. I walked 1.2 miles while car was getting fixed according to google maps but, that only accounts for like 2k steps. Can just day to day activity add up to 10k steps?

Calculating Calories in Slow Cooker?
Making Carnitas in a slow cooker tommorow. Seeing how any water that may evaporate will be self contained does that mean the yield size will be the sum of the parts? I don't think my slow cooker is small enough to weigh empty on the scale.

How accurate is the MFP database when looking up local stuff?
For example picked this up today http://imgur.com/LwE9H3i and had 250 calories or so left in my budget for the day.
