Sodium
I don't have a proper computer at home right now, so I haven't been able to do as much research as I would like. I've increased my number for sodium to 3000. Adding Excercise to MFP
Is there anyway to turn off the features that gives you calories when you exercise. I have my calories where they need to be and I've already taken into consideration I work out 5-6 days a week. I don't want it to add calories. Any help will be greatly appreciated. THANKS
