I know how you feel. I'm in a workout support group. Everyone does the 6 mini meals a day & almost 200 carbs a day plan. They just don't understand how eating low carb puts you in control. The feeling of going hours with out craving food!! I don't have to spend 4 hours on Sunday prepping all my meals & snacks for the week.…

Every day is a new chance to get it right!! I agree with what everyone is saying about restricting so many foods. However!! It does sound like sugar drives yor food cravings. That's why sugar is the one food I have tried to completely eliminate. I did have a handful of grapes last night & they were so good!! Hang in there…

That's what I love about low carb. You can adjust it to what works for you. Be diligent with your food diary so you can look back & see how many carbs keeps your cravings low. Also, I recommend Smart Water. It has electrolytes in it to help replenish what's being flushed out. We are here for you!!

@GaleHawkins. I can honestly say from the bottom on my heart I feel it has changed my life forever & most likely SAVED my life too !!!

I have tried and failed so many times. I would blame myself and kept saying it was my fault. I just have no willpower. I'm just destined to be fat. It's in my genes (most of my family is overweight) I try not to push it on people either, but I just wish I could have them feel the way I feel for one day & they would be…

The first year of marriage is so tough. The newness has worn off & you are settling in for the rest of your life. I don't think there is a simple answer, but I do think communication is key. If you feel like you aren't having sex enough that is a VERY delicate subject so tread lightly!!!! Good Luck

I go for low carb alternatives, like pork rinds, pickles, olives or celery. These foods keep me from getting on a binge where I just can't stop.

I agree. There is no way you have 'really' gained 5 pounds. Sit down, wipe the slate clean & start over. 3 days is so tiny in the scheme of things. Just let it go & start over. NOW

Get yourself something to stay motivated also helps. Like new work out shoes, food scale, new exercise program or sports bra.

I would recommend Hip Hop Abs (level 1 & 2). It's an older program, but a very good starting point. You can get it on eBay very cheap. I did Hip hop abs for 10 years. I'm currently doing P90x3. I highly recommend it also, but might be a bit overwhelming for a beginner. More importantly start something!!! You won't be sorry…

If I find myself getting ready to go overboard on carbs I'm logging on here for support!! Sometimes it just takes a minute to take your mind off food to break the cycle

I'm doing about 25-30 carbs per meal. About 90 per day. I've only lost 3 pounds so far, but I feel so much better. I don't crave food all the time. I don't binge eat anymore (so far). I feel like a new person.

I hope you did your weigh in today. If not that's OK just pick another weigh in day & make it happen. I know you shouldn't focus on the scale too much, However, whenever I go long periods of time without weighing myself I always gain weight. Keep it going girl. You can do it :)

Try cutting your carbs back a little bit. It will help with your cravings & might help you get back on track. Don't give up in yourself!!!

I also recommend Smart water. It's water with electrolytes added. It's helped me a lot with the headaches. I drink it daily to help prevent them.
-
I was getting a bad headache. Everyone told me I needed more sodium & it helped a lot.

Be careful with the lettuce wraps made the night before. Lettuce has a lot of moisture in it & will make your cheese get funky !!! Sorry to say I learned this the hard way !!!
-
Thanks everyone. As always you guys are THE BEST !!

Me Too!! Congrats. Great Job

T25 was very repetitive to me & way to much jumping up & down. I love P90x3. It's a wide range on work outs and the work outs are only 30 min each. They vary form Mixed Martial Arts, Cardio with weights, Lifting, Push ups, Pulls ups. Really everything you could ever imagine. You can buy it cheaper if you look on eBay.
-
Ok got it!! THANKS

Thanks

Maybe try spaghetti squash it is higher in carbs & calories, but completely natural ???? just a suggestion

I would give it a try. Go for 25-30 carbs per meal with 3 meals a day. Try to limit sugar & bread. Only have those 3 times a week. Drink plenty of water & smart water. It's amazing to not feel hungry all the time. I feel like a new person. I wish I would have did this years ago. I think I could've avoided at least 20 extra…

I'm not sure if you are following a particular plan, but if it's not working for you don't be afraid to try something else. Not every plan works for every person. Also, I agree with the baby steps approach. Change one thing a day or one thing a week until you are fully back on track. You can't give up. I'm 50lbs…
