Calories in vs out
I’m really confused about how this cal in vs out works. I have it all set up on my Fitbit and linked to MFP. My cal intake is 1200 daily and cals burned is 2000 but it says I’m over one day and not the next. I over reach all my daily goals on Fitbit. Is this in vs out really something to stress about???? Please help!!!
