Weekly Goal 11/2/16
So what is everyone goal this week? Mine is to seriously cut down on my carbs. I had listed that as a personal goal last week. So to give others some ideas, I was wondering what everyone's USUAL workout looks like? Mine: I try to get in 5x week to do at least 30 min of cardio then some stretching afterwards When time allows, I work on strength, core and abs (usually on the weekends)
