Another very healthy habit that we could all likely do better at is to up our daily water consumption! When I am focused on it, I try to drink 64 ounces of water per day. I find that I do a TON better for the day if I drink about 2 glasses right when I wake up in the morning. It changes the dynamic of my whole day! I love…
