Frustrating
No matter what I do, I'm not losing weight, I've tried upping fibre, going bread free, limiting my gross calories to under 2k even though mfp says 2200. I walk around 5 to 6 miles a day with my dog more at the weekend. I'm 6ft and 15 st 4. I know it's not obese but it's still overweight. FRUSTRATING

Plateau
To say I'm frustrated is an understatement, as of Feb 1st I reduced all sugars to 80g and I have no added sugar, mfp says my calories intake should be around 2200 but this week I've not exceeded 1800. I've upped my fiber and I do an average of 10000 steps per day. However I've hit 14 st 11 and plateau again, any advice…

tight hamstrings
I've been unable to run, lately because of a tight hamstring, I always stretched, and I am doing every stretch I know, but I slipped a while ago, and thinking back that hamstring ttwinged, and I thought nothing of it. So any help and advice would gratefully received.

Doing it right but not getting results
When I started this I was getting results but now even though I run, do yoga and pilates, core and leg workouts. I eat right, very rarely having chocolate or crisps now, however when I weighed myself yesterday my weights gone back up from 14 St 7 to 15 St 6 and I perplexed as to why.
