Do macros matter if you're in a cal deficit?

Question for those who meal prep and carry food around
How do you heat up the food? Like if everyone wants to go to Wendy's and I have my lunch already packed with me.. do I have to eat it cold?

I can't do a freaking squat
I really wish I could post a video but it's pretty this: I can't squat and go really low without my knees going over my toes and I can't make my knees NOT go over my toes unless I don't squat low enough. It's really frustrating and any advice on how to fix this or get better would be so appreciated.

Currently trying to gain weight (muscle), should I get a fit bit?
Or anything that would calculate how much I'm burning off? I know there's not a lot of calories burned when lifting and it's probably not a good idea to eat my calories back. Idk. I really want some input here before I buy one.
