Hi all just started using weight machines at the gym , Gym staff made me up a wee programme. upper and lower body is on different days, I done upper body last night, is it ok to do lower body tonight or should I do cardio and leave lower body until tomorrow night? Thanks ☺☺☺

Where is my waist?
Sounds mad but I really don't know where to measure, I've had my measurements taken a few times over the years and everyone seems to have a different idea of where the waist Is ( doesn't help that I carry most of my excess weight around the middle )

Plateau
Ok I believe weighing once per week is definitely the way to go but this week decided to weigh daily to notice the zigzag pattern ppl talk about. From Monday I have gained every day, I am now 3lb heavier than I was on Monday morning while working at a 500/1 deficit wearing my fitbit HR Argh! Any ideas?

Body Toning
Hi, I'm looking for advice on a workout plan for toning, I do plenty of cardio.( walking, cycling, trampoline fitness ) I am looking to start some sort of strength training 3 times per week. Fuel for am workout
Hi, would love to workout in the morning like I used to when kids were small and I didn't work. I now need to leave the house before 8am . Would it be wise to do an hours toning video before breakfast or what's best options for pre workout snacks that digest quickly? What do you morning exercisers do?
