Yeh I have tried weighing numerous times in the day in the past, just always put that fluctuation down to food and liquid still to be digested lol #feelingnieve

I think because I haven't lifted weights for many years he's thinking it will be the safest option, I also have history of back problems ( sciatica ) . Maybe just playing safe

I also have back problems and an exaggerated arch, I find I can do sit ups with my knees raised and I can also do sit ups lying on a mini trampoline as it seems to support my back for some weird reason

My macros r set for 30% fat but I'm only reaching 14 to 16% . Yesterday my goal was 12th I only reached 33g

I just love ice cream lol. Gave up chocolate, sweets. biscuits, cake etc 7 years ago. If there was 3 things I couldn't do without it would be homemade lentil soup, sparkling rose wine and ice cream. Aha
