I have found that by starting this diet and exercise regime, my sweet tooth has gone way down. A lot easier now to not eat those little snicker bars
Probably getting my sugar fix with fruit.

My sweet tooth is as strong as ever.0

Interesting. I actually developed a sweet tooth while losing weight. My chips/salty/savory things don't fit as easily as sweets do.0

Eat not ray
lol I gotcha.
I can't do it! 140 calories, 280 calories of chips...Just not worth it anymore. I do high volume on popcorn though.

I love popcorn. I guess I read microwave popcorn is bad for u because of some chemical they pup in the bag.0

Noticed this too, don't crave sweets as much but still have some treats each day, just less of them. Love plain popcorn as a healthier substitute, also enjoy a smaller amount (e.g. 20g serving) of dark chocolate eaten slowly rather than the old larger portion of milk choc.0

No. It's fine. Everything in moderation.
That said, I weigh out my popcorn kernels and pop them in a brown lunch bag. It's way easier to control the calorie count because I can add however many grams I want and choose how much/if any oil to put on it.

I just love ice cream lol. Gave up chocolate, sweets. biscuits, cake etc 7 years ago. If there was 3 things I couldn't do without it would be homemade lentil soup, sparkling rose wine and ice cream. Aha0 -

Have you tried the Edy's slow churned? There's only 110 calories per serving and it is so awesome and creamy.0 -

Edys is the only ice cream I can eat without having to take a dairy pill. Walmart usef to carry all kinds of edys even the slow churned but replaced them with high fat custard.0 -

Ugh! Too bad. Yeah it's really good but honestly the sweetener gives me gas.
