Exercise Calories?
I am currently 5'2" and 171 pounds. I linked MFP to Google fit, but now it keeps adjusting my calories for my steps. I average about 11k a day so it is adding hundreds of calories. This can't be right can it?

Question about weigh ins
How should these work? I started a week ago and according to my scale I have lost ~3 lbs, but that seems like a lot. I was wondering if I should do one daily and average in once a week or just go with the three pounds? Pretty excited though :)
