Does anyone know if this is a good choice for workouts?? I know it monitors steps and calories burnt but will it work and calculate calories burned during my workouts?? I don't like the idea if wearing one on my wrist which is why I'm looking into the ZIP

Stopped contraceptive pill
About 10 days ago and I've found myself so hungry since! Literally clock watching for lunch time and dinner time. Even having to have a snack a few hours after dinner as my tummy is literally rumbling! My meals are varied but good amounts of protein and carbs etc. Any one else gone through something similar?

If everyday were like today......
When this comes up at the end of each day once I completely my log.......its never consistent! In fact today is showed a 2lb INCREASE from what it told me yesterday. Why!?

Using exercise calories
Do they have to be eaten on the day they are earned or can I bank them all up throughout the week and use them at the weekend?

Eating out
It's literally impossible to track calories accurately when eating out! I love eating out and it's my main source of socialising but it's just not possible when wanting to calorie count. Does anyone manage to eat out regularly and still lose weight ?

Cooking for 2
So when I cook for me and hubby I have a third of the total and I put into my diary 0.3 of all individual ingredients if that makes sense. I'm just wondering if anyone has a more accurate way of calculating as I know my method is not going to be 100% accurate. The only way I can think to do that is cook mine separately…

Fitbit worth getting?
I'm not really sure what they do in detail. I know they monitor your steps and tell you how many calories those steps have burnt. What I want to know it will it calculate calories burnt while working out? Will it tell me how many calories I've eaten and have left for the day??

Changing my daily calories
So MFP gave me 1200 calories a day to lose 2lbs a week. And i havent been using my exercise calories. I'm 5'8 and 172lbs, want to get down to 150lbs. Second week
Back on plan. Sounds weird but I've been freezing cold since restarting! I can't get warm no matter how many layers or how high the heating is up! Any ideas? Just a coinsidence? ?
