Trail/Cross Country Runners
I went trail running Saturday. Probably one of the most exhilarating experiences, besides all the tree roots haha. The people on the trail are VERY supportive and kept telling me I was doing a great job. Anyone else do it, and does anyone have advice?

Bulging discs and weight lifting
Hey everyone! I'm 28 years old with 3 bulging discs, with the worst being L5-S1. I usually have sciatic nerve pain from this. Just wondering, for those of you who have not had surgery, which kinds of weightlifting do you do? Thanks in advance!
