Not saying these are for everyone, but I really like them as a convenience dinner. High in sodium, but they taste really good (except the Asian inspired one), and they contain a lot of protein and fiber-- A LOT of fiber. They are not vegan, for those of you who follow a vegan/plant-based diet. They contain some allergens and gluten.
