Uphill walking...whoa!!
I thought I'd do some low impact cardio today. I hate cardio, haha. I did the treadmill for 16 mins on incline 10.0 and btw 3.0 and 3.5 mph. So I meal prepped for a little more than 2 hours. It says I burned 268 calories. I'm not sure if I believe that. Yes, I was pretty tired, but 268 cals tired???
