Uphill walking...whoa!!

I thought I'd do some low impact cardio today. I hate cardio, haha. I did the treadmill for 16 mins on incline 10.0 and btw 3.0 and 3.5 mph. Almost like a HIIT I would vary between 3.0, 3.2 and 3.5 mph. Wow! I was gassed and pouring sweat. It said my HR was in the 180's at one point and I believe it. Sad it only burned 100 cals according to MFP

Yep, uphill walking can be quite intense. It's a good workout.0
