So I meal prepped for a little more than 2 hours. It says I burned 268 calories. I'm not sure if I believe that. Yes, I was pretty tired, but 268 cals tired???

Daily activities are already accounted for in your activity settings (yes, that includes sex and shopping) and don't need to be logged. It's best to only log actual exercise.

I don't even log days when I knead bread and that's a lot of work.

Nope. I wouldn't log any calories for that. Just a part of normal life.

I count chores that I do less than once a week- that includes mowing the lawn, doing the weeding, etc. Depends on the meal-prep work you were doing and how often you do it. (I have "farmers market days" in the summer, where I'm at the farmers market at 6 am, home by noon, and spend the rest of the day canning/freezing/making jam, etc. Those days are gonna get counted!)
