Fit bit negative calories and fitbit active minutes.
Today I had 35 minutes active minutes on my fitbit and now it went down to 9 minutes. I also had a positive calorie adjustment in mfp from fit bot and it went back down to a negative?? Why is this happening?

Is there any way to delete past food entries. My list is getting so long and I'd like to delete a few things I know I will not eat again ex: restaurant entries while out of town. Or certain cheat day items

Looking for back friendly core exercises
I have a lower back injury. It is a few years old now but I find crunches and situps really hurt.my lower back. I have been doing planks but am wondering if anyone else has an yhing else to try while keeping my back at ease??

Why do strength exercises not count for colors worked in mfp??
Just wondering why strength exercises do not count towards calories burned in mfp? Also does anyone know what a standard Ola k would be listed as or should I just make my own exercise?
