How much to trust Fitbit adjustment?
I've only been tracking for two weeks - one week to see what I eat, one week reduced calories - and I keep overeating an average of 100 extra calories a day. My fitbit says I'm burning an extra 300-400, but that doesn't seem accurate (I get 12,000 steps, but my only real exercise is a 4 mile walk per day). I'm 5'7", 142…

Reset Streak?
Is there a way to reset the "you've logged in for __ days" streak? I hate seeing that I've been so good about logging when it's just not true. Thanks!

FitBit people - motivation?
Those of you that try to get walk a certain number of steps per day: how do you stay motivated? It's COLD out and I'm having trouble doing it just for the sake of getting it done.

How bad is occasional under-eating?
I'm restarting after taking a 9 month break, so I'm only five days into the diet/lifelong eating plan. My problem is, for the past couple days I don't really want to eat the minimum 1200 calories. I'll have a coffee in the morning, 300 calorie lunch, 300 calories in sweets, and maybe 300 calories for dinner and then it's…

How much do I really weigh?
I know that weight fluctuates daily with water and all that. So how do I really weigh? The high? The low? The week average? What do you go by, and is it an honest answer or does it just make you feel better/work harder?

Pho
As someone who's very fond of going out to dinner, I *think* that I have a pretty good handle on how to estimate the calories in what I'm eating. But I have no idea how to do that with pho. Does anyone know? Or know of a Vietnamese restaurant that lists its nutritional info online so I can reference? Thanks!

Alternatives to 30 day shred?
I'm a total beginner when it comes to exercise - I've never been able to do a single pushup. I'm looking for an at-home workout program for beginners - something that tells me EXACTLY what to do every day, preferably about a month long to kind of ease me into this whole exercise thing. I don't mind buying DVDs. Any…

New to Fitbit
I started wearing a fitbit today (YAY) and I loved it for about 2 hours. And then I noticed something... I racked up 200 steps without leaving my chair. I work in an office and use my arms way more than my legs, so I'm getting false positives. Is there any way to prevent this without taking it off? Or does the app know…

Water
This is probably TMI, but drinking enough water per day makes me need to pee all the time. I'm starting to feel weird going to the bathroom all the time. Does this go away when my body adjusts to the increased intake? Or is it bathroom breaks for life?

For the love of liquor
After New Years, I decided to take a break from drinking. After 1 week, I don't think I can abstain much longer - I'm the first to admit that I love a good buzz. So my question to you is - how to you keep a healthy balance between beer and exercise. Adjust your calories accordingly? A weekly treat? Force yourself to go for…

Fitbit that looks good?
I'm new to this whole "exercise" thing and I'd like a way to track my exercise, etc. But all the watches/fitbits sold online are either really ugly or would look ridiculous on my tiny wrists. Are there any options for women who like understated jewelry?

Exercise in office?
I spend 8 hours a day in a sitting on my butt at work. I was wondering is anyone has any tips to get a little more exercise in? It's a REALLY small office so I don't have privacy, which means I can't walk laps or do standing crunches without looking insane. Thanks!

Accountability Partner?
I need an accountability partner - or five. I'm really good at dieting for a week or two but then I quit, because it's work and who cares? I'm currently 5'7" 138lbs, looking to lose 8-10 pounds over the next 2 months. Hopefully you will be similar. (My past partner has 150 pounds to lose, so when he lost 5 in a week it was…
