Those of you that try to get walk a certain number of steps per day: how do you stay motivated?
It's COLD out and I'm having trouble doing it just for the sake of getting it done.

Since my motivation would come and go, I kept working on my step goal until it became a habit. Now I get it in without really thinking much about it. There are now very few times I don't reach my goal, but when it happens (because life happens), I just move on and get back to it the next day. When it's cold out, I'll pull up a walking video on YouTube (there are lots on there) and get my steps in that way. For me it's mind over matter. Best of luck in reaching your goals!0

Worked on my step goal until it became a habit. Took a month or two. I get almost half of my 10000 at work then the rest walking my dog every evening. Now, I have to get 10000 most days of the week out of habit no matter how tired I am or what the weather is like.0
