Calorie counts for MFP exercise entries
Quick question: when I enter an exercise entry such as "Walking, 2.5 MPH", is the calorie count based on my entered weight or is it just an average amount for any person?

A few days ago I was "obese". :) I've lost 10 lbs and was on a calorie calculator site to adjust my target calories when I noticed the BMI section. It's just by .3 lbs, but I'm now considered "overweight". I never thought I would be so happy to be called that!
