My life has been one big diet money spent no weight loss but some gain it back the start another diet more money some weigh loss but gain back I am tired of this really going to try harder think before I grab log everything exercise daily and beleive I can do this who’s with me

I am back wow 2012 my first came on board. I had major problems my dog died 2 sisters died and financial problems. 70 weighing in at 177 heaviest ever. Depressed but I can do this I have done this but just go back to sweets. Need support please
