My goals for september

I started back with Jenny Craig yesterday.
Keep calm and carry on
Focus on each day
Don't expect too much
Log all food and water
Try not snacking after 8 pm

    I have been doing Intermittent Fasting for 3 days and so far so good. My goals for September:
    -Log all food and water
    -Eat in my window (4-8pm)
    -Eat within my calories
    -Workout daily
    -Don't get obsessed with the scale!

    We got this!!!

    1. Log daily
    2. Stay motivated
    3. 30 minutes or 3 miles each day
    4. Eat to feel good
