So its so aggravating when your ears pop in the middle of a run. Anyone try anything to stop this?

Getting easier
Starting to get easier staying in my calorie range meaning I can go to birthday parties, family functions, etc. with junk food served there without feeling tempted to eat any of it. Being asked for a piece of cake and kindly passing it up (was a little hard, but I did it). It felt great rejecting those major calorie foods.…

Husband keeping junk in house
